This report examines how Bwè Café, a Haitian-owned coffee shop in a commuter town, can optimize operations to handle an anticipated customer increase from three new residential buildings nearing completion. Using the 5Vs framework and process layout analysis, the study outlines a strategic plan to improve efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance customer satisfaction. These recommendations support the café’s growth while maintaining its dedication to high-quality service and community engagement, ensuring sustainable and scalable operations as demand grows.
