Utilizing Ward’s Leadership Lifecycle, Lewin’s ‘Unfreeze, Change, Refreeze’ model, and Groysberg and Slind’s communication research, the analysis highlights strategies to address these issues. A solution employs Johnson and Scholes’ ‘Culture Web’ framework through quarterly surveys, adopting systemic leadership to foster transparency, aligned values, and collaboration. This approach mitigates turnover while promoting a unified culture, positioning the firm to balance structure with agility and achieve sustained organizational success.
