This report examines the ‘Amplify’ Apprenticeship Program, designed to tackle education inequity and social immobility in the U.S. by offering economically disadvantaged high school students a cost-effective alternative to traditional higher education. Through training and mentorship, Amplify collaborates with companies to create a five-year plan integrating education and work experience, enabling students to earn a living wage. Utilizing the “Jobs-to-be-Done” framework, the program uses  strategic touchpoints to improve student outcomes. Amplify’s grant funding provides a scalable model addressing the national labor shortage and create lasting impact.
