I began my career in the fashion industry before transitioning to the finance sector, where I have held key roles at Abbey Capital, USAA Real Estate (now Affinius Capital), JUST Capital, and Vida Capital. At USAA Real Estate, I contributed to capital-raising efforts for a $35B diversified real estate portfolio. I established the Investor Relations function at Vida Capital Partners, supporting a €2B hospitality portfolio focused on sustainable infrastructure. At Abbey Capital, I supported the US Business Development team and CEO in distributing alternative investment solutions.

I am passionate about aligning my career with my values of leadership and growth. Recognized as Employee of the Year at USAA Real Estate (1 of 300 employees) and awarded the Change-Maker Scholarship at Warwick Business School, I am dedicated to making an impact. At JUST Capital, I led significant ESG research, enhancing transparency into CSR metrics within R1000 companies.

Currently pursuing an MBA at Warwick Business School, I am focused on strengthening myself as a leader. As a member of the Global Reporting Initiative Professionals community, I guide ESG reporting for investor communications and engage in leadership training with TCFD and PRI. Volunteering at Womenful Voice, I contribute to grant writing for microfinance loans supporting women in underdeveloped countries.

My experiences, including learning a second language and visiting over 15 countries, have made me a well-rounded team player. I strive to incorporate corporate social responsibility into my work, continuing a path of leadership and responsible business management, aiming to make a meaningful impact in every role.
